BCCI pays heartfelt tribute to Ravichandran Ashwin for completing 100 Test matches
Apart from R Ashwin, England batter Jonny Bairstow is also playing his 100th Test match in Dharamsala.

Ravichandran Ashwin has become the 14th Indian cricketer to take part in 100 Test matches. Ashwin achieved this milestone during the fifth Test against England currently being played in Dharamsala. Ahead of the fixture, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) paid a heartfelt tribute to Ashwin by sharing a video on social media platform X, formerly Twitter. “Life cricket & beyond- ft. R Ashwin. Now Playing R Ashwin in Cinemascope,” read the post shared by BCCI on social media.
In the post, Ashwin can be heard talking about life, cricket and other important topics. “I had no clue when I began my International career if I would end up playing 100 Test matches,” the 37-year-old said.
