Shubman Gill is missing from the Gujarat Titans’ playing XI against Rajasthan Royals tonight in their second IPL 2026 match. GT’s stand-in captain, Rashid Khan, confirmed at the toss that Gill will not be available for the game due to an injury.

Rashid revealed that Gill is dealing with a muscle spasm, the same injury that kept him out of the home series against South Africa late last year. "Gill has got bit of a muscle spasm, hopefully he will be back soon," the Afghan spinner said.
