IShowSpeed has gone viral from Trinidad after praising Indian superstar Virat Kohli and taking a funny dig at Pakistan's Babar Azam in a video while playing cricket.

Popular YouTuber IShowSpeed has once again grabbed attention online after a funny cricket video from Trinidad went viral. In the clip, Speed is seen playing a casual game on a local ground, where he gave a shoutout to Indian superstar Virat Kohli while also taking a light-hearted dig at Pakistan's Babar Azam.

Babar is often compared with Kohli in terms of cricketing skills, with fans in Pakistan even calling him a "king," a nickname famously linked with Kohli. Speed, who is known for his huge admiration of Kohli, took a jibe at Babar because of this very reason after a batter played a bad shot in the game.

IShowSpeed trolls Babar and praises Kohli

The video starts with one of Speed’s friends taking strike but failing to play a proper shot and getting out quickly. Reacting to it, Speed joked, “Bro what was that? That’s Babar Azam stuff bro,” which made people laugh online. He then came in to bat himself and looked much more confident. After hitting a shot, Speed celebrated in style and shouted, “Virat Kohli baby. Shoutout to my homie Virat Kohli.”

Speed is well known for being a big fan of Virat Kohli. He even travelled to India during the 2023 ODI World Cup and watched the famous India vs Pakistan match. During that trip, he also met ICC Chairman Jay Shah, but he could not meet Kohli, which he had really hoped for.

Meanwhile, Kohli is still going strong in IPL 2026, playing for Royal Challengers Bengaluru. He has been in great form this season, scoring 328 runs in seven matches with a strike rate of 163.18 and an average of 54.67, showing that he still has plenty left in the tank.
