Anil Kapoor made an iconic painting of a donkey on a horse in the 2007 classic comedy Welcome, which now has a life of its own. The director of that film Anees Bazmee even has a painting of that painting in his house. And that painting is now on the actor's shirt and it reached Met Gala 2026 too. But here's the catch.

Anil Kapoor shared a few years back why Majnu is his favorite character too. Kapoor says, "Majnu bhai’s character was indeed a fun one to portray. I didn’t feel like I was acting it came to me naturally and with Anees Bhai’s writing and direction and with Nana being the perfect Co-Star as Uday Bhai made it even more easier and lots of fun.
