Universal Pictures India (distributed by Warner Bros. Discovery) officially brings to you the much awaited new trailer for The Odyssey - the next cinematic spectacle from Academy Award winning filmmaker Christopher Nolan.

A mythic action epic that brings Homer’s foundational saga to the big screen like never before, the film stars Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson and Lupita Nyong’o, with Zendaya and Charlize Theron. The Odyssey is produced by Emma Thomas and Christopher Nolan for their production company Syncopy, where Thomas Hayslip is the executive producer.

Nolan once again pushes the boundaries of immersive storytelling bringing into picture a large-scale cinematic experience designed to be experienced in the big screens.

What to expect from the spectacle

Nolan has been an IMAX enthusiast for years, going back to “The Dark Knight,” and has made his last three films exclusively using large format film and the highest resolution film cameras. For “Oppenheimer,” the first black-and-white IMAX film stock was developed. Nolan hasn’t said specifically what the new technology for “The Odyssey” will be, but earlier this month he told The Associated Press that they’re in an intensive testing phase with IMAX to prepare for the new production.
