Gout Gout, the Australian sprint prodigy, has sent shockwaves through the athletics world, drawing comparisons to the legendary Usain Bolt after a record-breaking run. At just 18, he has cemented his status as one of the hottest athletic prospects globally.

The sprinter recently made history at the Australian Athletics Championships after running 19.67 in the 200m and setting a new U20 national record in April. Gout is now raising the stakes by training with one of the best athletes -- Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles -- and signals his intent to dominate the global stage.

Gout was seen training in the United States alongside Noah Lyles, the eight-time world champion and Olympic gold medalist. Both sprinters performed block starts on the track in a video which is now viral on social media.

Notably, the 18-year-old has trained with Lyles in the past when both of them underwent running drills last year in January in Clermont, Florida.

Noah was impressed with Gout and commended the sprint prodigy's talent and also hailed the team working on his development.

Gout vs Lyles in 150m action at Ostrava

Gout is expected to miss out on the Commonwealth Games this year to focus on the Under-20 World Championships in August. But ahead of that, he has to gear up for the much-awaited showdown against Noah at the 65th Ostrava Golden Spike at the MestskÃŊ Stadion in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

The Australian sprint prodigy and the Olympic men's 100m gold medalist will be in action in a 150-metre race. Lyles would make his maiden sprint in Ostrava, while Gout emerged victorious after completing 200m in 20.02 seconds last year.

The US sprinter and the Aussie sensation would be in action against each other for the first time at the Golden Spike athletic event. Gout would also make his Diamond League debut in Oslo at the iconic Bislett Stadion in Norway.
