New Delhi: Off-spinner Jayant Yadav will play for Mumbai Indians in the 2019 Indian Premier League (IPL) after being traded by Delhi Capitals.[caption id="attachment_5767381" align="alignleft" width="380"] File image of Jayant Yadav. Sportzpics[/caption]The 28-year-old was part of the Delhi franchise since 2015, featuring in just 10 IPL matches. He has represented India in four Tests and and an ODI, with his last international appearance coming in February 2017.The trading window remains open until 30 days to the start of the 2019 Season.Yadav plays for Haryana in domestic cricket and recently represented India in the Emerging Teams Cup in Colombo.The player auction for the 2019 edition of the IPL took place in Jaipur on Tuesday, with pacer Jaydev Unadkat (Rajasthan Royals) and uncapped Tamil Nadu spinner Varun Chakravarthy (Kings XI Punjab) emerging the top buys at Rs 8.4 crore. England all-rounder Sam Curran was the most expensive overseas buy, with KXIP securing his services for Rs 7.2 crore.
