Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is all set to table the Union Budget in the Parliament today (February 1). It is the central government's blueprint on expenditure, tax changes, spending plans, and other economic signals.

This year’s Budget will be presented against a backdrop of geopolitical uncertainty and a steep 50 per cent US tariff on imports from India.
