The report says that 4.3 lakh orders for biryani were placed on the first day alone.
One hundred and fifty-three biryani ordered were placed every minute this year – around 2.5 orders per second.
The dish was searched on the platform 40,30,827 times this year.
Every sixth biryani order was placed from Hyderabad.
Pizza was another extremely beloved comfort food – especially on the day of the 2023 Cricket World Cup Final between India and Australia.
