PTI[/caption]Winter Parliament session beginsThe winter session of Parliament 2023 in the new building begins today and will continue till 22 December.Earlier, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said that the session will have 15 sittings spread over 19 days.The government will present a bill to seek Parliament’s approval for adjustments to the Centre’s Rs 35 trillion spending programme in the current fiscal.
