Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities have been going on full swing at Jamnagar and the biggest of names graced their presence to bless the soon-to-be-married couple. Not just these Bollywood movie stars, even the mother of the about-to-be-groom Nita Ambani delivered a stunning performance to the Vishwambhari Stuti.

Vishwambhari Stuti is a sacred hymn dedicated to Maa Ambe, the embodiment of power and strength. She has been hearing this hymn since her childhood during every Navratri.

The performance

As she performed with grace and devotion, she sought Maa Ambe's blessings for Anant and Radhika's journey of togetherness. She also dedicated her performance to her granddaughters, Aadiya Shakti and Veda, and to all young girls, who are a symbol of feminine energy.

Nita Ambani's two wishes

Reflecting on her love for arts and culture, Nita Ambani, in a video, said, “Throughout my life, I’ve been inspired by arts and culture. It has deeply moved me and I’m very passionate about it.”

Speaking further about her two wishes, she added, “When it came to my youngest son Anant’s wedding with Radhika, I had two important wishes. First, I wanted to celebrate our roots,” adding that “Gujarat is where we come from. It’s where Mukesh Ambani and his father built the refinery and I started my career by converting this arid and desert-like area into a lush green township and a vibrant community.”

Nita, then, goes on to explain her another wish as she said, “Second, I wanted the celebration to be a tribute to our arts and culture and a reflection of our heritage and culture created by the hands, hearts and hard work of our talented creative minds.”

The video also featured glimpses of Jamnagar’s artisans and the township. As the clip proceeded towards the end, Nita Ambani can be seen expressing her heartfelt gratitude to the holy land of India saying that the pillars of the nation are ‘sanskriti’ (culture) and ‘parampara’ (tradition).
