BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2010. Jin is the eldest group member to join the army while J-Hope enlisted for mandatory military service. Recently, another member Suga announced that he too will join the duo in the military service. While Jungkook, Jimin, and V, on the other hand, are busy with their respective schedules. BTS' Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V, recently made his debut with the solo album Layover.

The action-thriller stars Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover among others. Sanjay Dutt and Deepika Padukone appear in cameos in the film.
A Red Chillies Entertainment production, Jawan is produced by Gauri Khan and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. A commercial entertainer, the film stars SRK in a double role. Anirudh Ravichander composed music for the film, and made his Bollywood debut as a solo composer with the blockbuster.
