Shraddha Kapoor on her father

In an exclusive interview with Firstpost three years back, the actress said, "He gifted me the newspaper clipping that said Aashiqui 2 100 crore worldwide. He has seen my most stubborn side. I fight with him a lot and then go to my bedroom and ask myself, ‘Listen, he’s your father but do you know who he is?’ He makes me more humble, and because I’m an over thinker, he tells me I don’t have to complicate things. He streamlines a lot of things for me, and I feel my most real side comes in front of my father."

Speaking to Digital Commentary, the actor said, "Nearly 70 percent of the filming had already been completed. Though I wanted to work with Santoshi and the movie’s producer was my friend, I expressed concerns about starting filming in three days, citing date issues. Despite this, they persistently requested my involvement. In response, I suggested a compromise, proposing that we could shoot my scenes during the night if the other stars were fine with this arrangement."

Kapoor added, "I was surprised to learn that t-shirts featuring the character had been created. My son swiftly located one at the airport and gifted it to Aamir. The next time I saw Aamir at a party, he was proudly sporting that t-shirt. It was then that I learned that Crime Master Gogo toys were being sold, and there were even stalls named Crime Master Momos."
