He starred as the younger version of the Superstar in films like Laawaris and Muqaddar Ka Sikandar and gained a lot more popularity after he starred in the iconic television serial Mahabharat.He was the highest-paid child actor at that time who also acted in films like Sharabi and Kanoon Apna Apna. But right at the peak of his career, he quit all of it, got married to a renowned chef named Noori, settled in Wales and started his own business.Coming back to Big B, Bachchan showered his love and blessings on his grandson Agastya Nanda, who is making his acting debut with “The Archies” set to arrive on Netflix on Thursday.The screen icon shared a before and after picture of himself with Agastya and his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan on Instagram. The megastar wrote- “Agastya with love and more .. shine sway you are RIZZ !!!”Agastya, son of Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Nikhil Nanda, will be the third generation actor from the Bachchan family.On his personal blog, the 81-year-old star also wrote about the “hectic day of exultations and meetings” with the fraternity at “The Archies” premiere, his first public appearance in years.Amitabh Bachchan has been a force to reckon with for the last 54 years. He has cemented his position in Hindi Cinema as one of the greatest actors and biggest movie stars across the globe. The mega-star has turned 81 and is still going strong, with as many as five releases last year and three lined-up in the coming months.
