Thalapathy Vijay has all the reasons to be on cloud nine as his party obtained massive majority (TVK) in the Tamil Nadu elections. The actor-turned-politician is now eying to be the next Chief Minister of the state and fans cannot keep calm.

Talking of fans, one admirer reached the actor and politician's residence and broke down and the video has gone viral on social media. As per PTI, the fan even spoke about Vijay's triumph in the elections and what the future awaits him.

The fan was quoted saying, 'He will definitely become the Chief Minister. The news channels may say many things, but without a doubt, he is the one who will take the position. No matter how many obstacles come his way, he will face them and move forward. I feel deeply hurt."

The fan added, "There is not even a single police officer here. I don’t even know what to say. It’s a strange feeling altogether. After struggling so much to come this far, it is painful to see such people doing these kinds of things."

Thalapathy Vijay accused of tax evasion

A division bench of Chief Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice G. Arul Murugan on April 8 directed the Registry to number the plea, subject to maintainability. This is a case that goes back to 2015 and the actor had denied all the accusations of irregularities.

Thalapathy Vijay was quoted saying, “I have submitted the details of my income and assets particulars to the authorities until the current financial year.” A senior IT investigator was also quoted saying a decade back as per Times of India, “We have seized property deeds, mutual fund documents and other assets from them.” An amount of Rs 2 crore and gold worth Rs 2 crore were seized in the raid from the actors’ and producer’s properties.
