Taylor Swift- Travis Kelce's Wedding Update: How the evening could be the grandest event of 2026, as big as singer's Eras Tour
A source told Page Six, "It will likely take several days to build out the venue for a full-scale wedding and multiple days afterward to take it down again. Tellingly, MSG has no events on its calendar from June 29 through July 6."

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are all set to get married and the wedding is happening at none other than the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York. And if reports are to be believed, this could be the grandest event and evening of 2026 with Eras Tour level grandeur.
A source told Page Six, "It will likely take several days to build out the venue for a full-scale wedding and multiple days afterward to take it down again. Tellingly, MSG has no events on its calendar from June 29 through July 6."
According to Darren Olarsch, founder of On The Move Entertainment, "It would be an Eras-tour level production. It's doable, but it is like planning a concert. What might be a $300,000 wedding somewhere else, inside the Garden would be $3 million. The production team would have to build out overhead structures to bring down the scale, from the 150 -foot height ceiling, so it feels more romantic, close and intimate."
“They would literally build the wedding venue on the floor. Your own mini stage, dance floor and surrounding tables that are all right there, a venue within a venue,” Olarsch said.
Why are guests not happy with MSG as the venue?
The couple is now about to get married and fans cannot wait. The actual wedding venue has not been confirmed, but it is going to be at the MSG as per a lot of sources and reports. As per report by the Hollywood reporter, the guests that have been invited to the wedding are not very happy with the venue.
“A wedding at Madison Square Garden feels like a production,” the source said. “Not a wedding.” And insiders even had jokes. “Are they selling tickets?” one insider quipped. “Is there a Ticketmaster partnership? A livestream? That’s why people aren’t buying it.”
Taylor Swift and her beau Travis Kelce almost broke the internet with their post that spread like wildfire. The two announced that they are engaged and a wedding is also on the cards. The singing sensation and the love of her life are very much in love and fans cannot keep calm. Ever since the two have shared the news on Instagram, the post has garnered 31 million likes and lots more ever since then.
