Tamil Nadu Election Results: Tiger Shroff, Nani and other actors congratulate Thalapathy Vijay as his party Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) leads with 110 seats

Actors Tiger Shroff, Nani and Sundeep Kishan, among others, congratulated actor-turned-politician Vijay after early counting trends in Tamil Nadu showed his party, Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK), leading with 110 seats.

Thalapathy officially entered politics on February 2, 2024, by announcing the launch of his political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK). He officially registered the party with the Election Commission of India on September 8, 2024.

Shroff shared a post on his X handle on Monday. "Congratulations to @actorvijay. The faith people have in you is amazing to see. More power to you for this next chapter," he said.

Nani also uploaded a post on his X handle. "Congratulations @actorvijay sir. First doubted and then crowned. Happened at our home and now it’s happening in our neighbouring home. Underdog winning is always absolute cinema ( or should I say absolute politics ?) Hope great things follow for the people of Tamil Nadu who have made their decision clear," he said.

Malayalam actor Aju Varghese shared Vijay's picture on his X handle. "The historical example of luck favours the brave @actorvijay sir #respect #change," he said.
