Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan made a lot of headlines when they made an appearance together at Kalpathi S Suresh and Meenakshi Suresh’s son’s wedding reception in Chennai two months ago. The two are yet to address the relationship rumours amid the actor and politician’s wife filing for divorce on the grounds of infidelity.

While talking to Filmymantra Media, Rakhi said, "I think they should get married. Mujhe lagta hai Vijay aur Trisha ko shaadi kar lene chahiye, aur hum aayenge mehendi mein (I think Vijay and Trisha should get married, and we will go for their mehendi ceremony)."

In one of her throwback interviews that she gave to The Hindu during the time when Leo was about to release, Krishnan praised Vijay to the hilt and was quoted saying, "I first met Vijay when I was 19 or 20! So, when you have been friends with someone for over 20 years, and you work with them again, it feels like actually coming back home. That easy equation between us persists, and it’s exactly what Lokesh wanted to capitalise upon in Leo."

Thalapathy Vijay responded saying, “I’m sure you all know who I’m talking about. Everyone will show hands like this (normal wave), but she alone will show like that (princess wave). I’m sure you all have noticed it. Yes, it is our princess Kundavai. Best wishes, Trisha.”

Vijay’s bodyguard and his deleted cryptic post

Just before the rumoured couple’s appearance together that went viral on social media, the actor’s bodyguard shared a note that was deleted later. It read- “Time to rise above all the rumours” (fire emoji).

Trisha Krishnan dating history

It has been reported that the actress was in a relationship with Rana Daggubati and Prabhas. The former was quoted saying on Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan, “She (Trisha Krishnan) has been my friend for a decade. We have been friends for a long time and even dated. But, I guess, things didn’t work out.”

As far as Prabhas is concerned, they were just rumours and nothing was confirmed by either of the two.
