On National Cinema Day, Raveena Tandon shares heartfelt post on debut film 'Patthar Ke Phool'

Raveena Tandon is all set to appear next in the third installment of the popular Welcome franchise, Welcome To The Jungle. She will share screen space with Akshay Kumar after a prolong gap of 20 years. Now, on the occasion of National Cinema Day, Raveena Tandon has shared a heartfelt post featuring her debut film Patthar Ke Phool which released in 1991. The actress was paired with superstar Salman Khan in the flick.What Raveena Tandon said in her latest Instagram postTaking to her Instagram handle, Raveena expressed her gratefulness and said that her debut action-drama paved her way to the 'beautiful world of cinematic dreams'. She wrote in the caption, "The journey... Pathar ke Phool gave me the opportunity for which I will be eternally grateful. To open up this beautiful world of cinematic dreams , for a teenager to now .. it’s given me all. #nationalcinemaday"Soon, fans of the actress flocked to the comment section and showered their love for her as well as the film. A user wrote, "Congratulations! From Pathar ke phool to Himalay Parbat ka phool! May u continue to reach the heights of glory." Another said 'Salman bhai or aapka film' and added red hearts. One of the accounts called her '90s beauty'. A user even noted 'Nostalgic' to Raveena's post.National Cinema Day is marked every year on 13 October to motivate maximum number of people to watch movies in theatres.About Patthar Ke PhoolHelmed by Anant Balani, Patthar Ke Phool revolves around a young police officer and the daughter of a gangster who fall in love at first sight.
