'Killers Of The Flower Moon' actress Lily Gladstone on her bond with Leonardo DiCaprio: 'We just enjoy each other's company'

First Oscar nomination for an actress from an Indigenous American tribe. The star in question is ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ actress Lily Gladstone. In an interview recently with Variety, the actress spoke about the relationship she shares with Leonardo DiCaprio and stated, ‘We had some settling-in time at the beginning, just getting to know each other.’

She added, “We just enjoy each other’s company. It’s leading by example and just being there.”

Killers of the Flower Moon was named the best film of the year by the National Board of Review, adding to the early awards-season haul of Martin Scorsese’s Osage epic. The National Board of Review, a long-running organization comprised of film enthusiasts and academics, also on Wednesday named Scorsese best director and Lily Gladstone best actress. That follows recent honors for the film and for Gladstone from the New York Film Critics Circle and the Gotham Awards.
