Jennifer Lopez relists Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Ben Affleck for $50 million
Jennifer Lopez has relisted the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Ben Affleck for nearly $50 million after multiple failed attempts to sell it.

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly put her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion back on the market once again, nearly two years after she and ex-husband Ben Affleck first attempted to sell the property.
According to reports, the estate is now listed for $52 million, a major reduction from its original $68 million asking price in 2024.
Property linked to Bennifer era
The luxury home had become closely associated with Lopez and Affleck’s rekindled romance and marriage. The former couple purchased the massive Beverly Hills estate in May 2023 for around $60.8 million after an extended house hunt. Court filing in April showed "a transfer of property among spouses" from Affleck to Lopez.
The property reportedly spans nearly 38,000 square feet and includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a guest house, sports facilities, a gym, and extensive outdoor amenities spread across more than five acres.
Ben Affleck reportedly transferred his share
Recent reports also claimed that Affleck had surrendered his ownership stake in the property to Lopez as part of their divorce arrangements, making her solely responsible for the estate and any future sale-related expenses. The mansion has reportedly been listed and removed from the market multiple times since the couple’s split, with repeated price cuts failing to attract a buyer.
A fresh chapter after divorce
Lopez and Affleck finalised their divorce in early 2025 after two years of marriage. Since then, both stars have reportedly moved into separate homes. While Affleck is said to have settled into a new bachelor pad in Brentwood, Lopez has reportedly been renovating another property in Hidden Hills for herself and her family.
