As a prosecution witness in a case registered by the special cell, I write to you amidst a harrowing ordeal of psychological pressure and targeted intimidation campaigns. A man identifying himself as Sukesh is an accused, sitting behind bars in Mandoli Jail, and threatening her with intimidating tactics in open public domain (sic).”Reflecting on her safety concerns, Jacqueline requested the police commissioner to take necessary action to safeguard her life. She even urged the police to file an FIR under IPC sections against Sukesh to secure her as she is also a prosecution witness in a case under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).Earlier in December 2023, Jacqueline Fernandez moved to the Delhi court to restrain the conman Sukesh from writing letters, and messages to her and making statements about her as well. It needs to be noted that Sukesh has been issuing letters addressing the actor from inside the jail. In his letter, the conman addresses the actress with names such as Baby and Bomma.
