From his meeting with Sachin Tendulkar to attending the India vs New Zealand semi-final match at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium, the football star has been in the news.Notably, the former England football captain is on a four-day visit to India as a part of his UNICEF commitment as a global ambassador. While the football star received a warm response from fans upon his arrival, he was also given a grand welcome from BTown celebrities. David Beckham was recently invited by Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja for a dinner at their residence.The dinner which was indeed a star-studded affair saw several Bollywood stars gathering under the same roof to meet David Beckham. Among all the guests invited to the dinner party at Sonam Kapoor's residence, her sister and producer Rhea Kapoor also graced the event. She attended the party along with her husband Karan Boolani and her sister-in-law Karishma Boolani (aka Cookie Boolani).Taking to her Instagram handle, Rhea Kapoor shared a couple of pictures from the dinner party, giving a glimpse into the glamorous outing last night.While the first picture is of the host herself as Sonam Kapoor poses for a photo, the second one shows her brother Harshvarrdhan Kapoor posing with David Beckham for a picture.The other pictures show her husband, Karan Boolani in a conversation with the star guest, followed by other pictures from the dinner party.Bollywood stars at Sonam Kapoor's party for David BeckhamDavid Beckham who is otherwise known for his impeccable fashion sense went for a casual look and was dressed in an all-black outfit. Sonam Kapoor along with her husband Anand Ahuja and David Beckham was seen posing for the paps as she came to welcome her guest.The Neerja actress wore a red-coloured saree paired with a white shirt blouse. She completed the look with a sleek bun adorned with roses and oxidised pearl jewellery.In the meantime, many star guests including the actress' father and actor Anil Kapoor, uncle Sanjay Kapoor and his wife Maheep Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Farhan Akhtar, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, and others attended the party.
