Courteney Cox recreates the iconic 'turkey dance' on Thanksgiving; fans fondly remember Matthew Perry
The turkey dance video originally features Courteney Cox and the late Matthew Perry in the popular show, Friends.

Matthew Perry aka Chandler Bing was one of the six close-nit buddies who lived together in New York City. While all the leading stars on the popular sitcom 'Friends' weren't just co-stars but also real-life friends, the sudden demise of actor Matthew Perry last month at the age of 54 left the other actors in a grieving state. They not just took part in his funeral but also paid their heartfelt tributes to their 'Chandler'. Time and again, while they have been remembering the late actor. with Thanksgiving rolling around, actress Courteney Cox, best known as Monica Geller was seen revisiting her iconic 'Turkey' scene with Chandler. The original video from the 1998 episode features both Courteney and Matthew, where Chandler happens to confess his love for Monica.Years after that, as Thanksgiving brings in what can be said to be the fond memories of her late friend, the actress took to her Instagram handle and recreated the moment, doing the little Turkey dance.Sharing the video on Instagram, Courteney began by extending Thanksgiving wishes and said, "Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Hope you're having a great day. I'm feeling so thankful." She further went on to speak about the memorable scene from the show and added, "And also, if I get one more goddamn gif with a turkey on my head dancing like a f---ing fool, I'm just going to snap."The video then cuts to show the popular scene with Monica dancing with a turkey on her head, while Chandler watches her in amazement.The video once again shifts to show the actress saying, "So, anyway, since I'm the symbol of Thanksgiving, here you go. Hope it makes you happy." In the end, she shared a short clip of herself dancing with a turkey on her head and sunglasses in real life. Not just that, the Friends theme song, 'I'll Be There For You' also plays in the background.Watch:"Flashback to 3 years ago… Probably won’t do that again. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!", the caption of the video read.Fans immediately took to the comment section and remembered their beloved Chandler. A fan wrote, "Matt is laughing up there right now", while another one wrote, "You are so great, I LOVE YOU.""Couldn’t love this more. Happy Thanksgiving CC!", another one commented.
