Astrologer's 2016 prediction goes viral after Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma welcome second baby Akaay

After a lot of speculation and rumours, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, finally announced the arrival of their second child, a baby boy, on 15 February. Around three years after having their first child, Vamika, in 2021, Virat and Anushka embraced parenthood for the second time; however, they kept it secret this time. Kohli, while taking to his social media handles, announced the birth of their son, further informing fans that they have named their child Akaay.

At a time when congratulatory messages and warm wishes are pouring in for the couple, an old post from an astrologer about Virat Kohli's personal life has gone viral. The post, originally shared on Facebook by a page named 'Stars and Astrology' in 2016, predicted that the former Indian captain will have this second child between 2021-2024.

Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma welcome baby boy

On Tuesday, 20 February, Virat Kohli, while sharing a long note on Instagram, announced the birth of their second child, Akaay. Virat mentioned that the baby was born on 15 February, further requesting that fans respect their privacy at the moment.

"With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika's little brother into this world! We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time," read the statement from Virat and Anushka.

Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married in 2017 and welcomed their first child, daughter Vamika, in January 2021.
