After Shah Rukh Khan in 'Jawan', Atlee to collaborate with Salman Khan for 'Dabangg 4': Report

Salman Khan’s resurrection happened with the blockbuster success of Dabangg in 2010 that was directed by Abhinav Kashyap, with part two and part three being helmed by Arbaaz Khan and Prabhu Deva. Despite the commercial and critical failure of Dabangg 3, the makers are going ahead with part four and a report by Bollywood Hungama says it has a connection with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan director Atlee.A source told the portal, “Atlee, Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan have discussed Dabangg spin-off to bring back the most iconic cop, Chulbul Pandey to the lives of people. It could be a co-production of Arbaaz Khan with Atlee and Salman Khan, however, Atlee might not direct the film.”It added, “It's an offer made by Salman and Arbaaz to Atlee, but the dynamic director is yet to agree and get back on the same. Salman and Arbaaz are eager to bring a director from South to direct Dabangg spin-off and have discussed the plans of making the franchise Pan India with Atlee. The Jawan director will discuss the idea of the Dabangg spin off with his director friends in South and see how things can be worked out.”The BullSalman Khan and Karan Johar are collaborating after 25 years for a film called The Bull.Reports say the film is set against the backdrop of Maldives but after the issue that happened, the makers are likely to rework on the story and have pushed the film forward. A source told the portal, “Karan, Vishnu, and Salman need more time to decide on the exact route that the screenplay will take. They are reworking on certain elements of the script and will take the film on floors once the ugly relationship between the two countries settles down a bit. At the moment, the February schedule has been delayed by at-least 2 months.” This was reported by Bollywood Hungama.In 2023, Salman Khan ruled the Diwali season with his blockbuster movie Tiger 3. Well, this has indeed piqued the audience’s excitement to watch the superstar back on the screens and interestingly, the superstar didn’t make his fans wait for long and announced his next with Dharma Productions, titled, Bull. The team kickstarted the mahurat shot in Mumbai on December 29, and the superstar is undergoing extensive physical prep, even training with paramilitary forces.
