Vespa 946 Emporio Armani edition premium scooter launched in India at Rs 12.04 lakh
The exclusive scooter is priced at Rs 12,04,970 (ex-showroom, Pune) which is quite a price for just a scooter.
As reported earlier, Piaggio has brought the special Emporio Armani edition of the Vespa 946 in India. It is CBU which means that it will be completely imported to India from Italy. The scooter was made in collaboration with Giorgio Armani to mark the 40th anniversary of the Giorgio Armani foundation and the 130th birthday of the Piaggio Group.Going into the specs, the scooter comes with a 125 cc forced-air cooled single-cylinder port-injected engine, which generates 11.42 PS of power and is mated to a CVT. It comes with an automatic transmission, 220 mm disc brake at the front and rear, 120/70-12 spec front tyre, 130/70-12 spec rear tyre and an 8.5 litre fuel tank.
It features a new satin finish aluminium cladding, which has been produced using galvanic treatments and visible around the hooks, carrier, the logo below the seat and more. The neo retro look looks quite classy and along with that it features an LED headlamp, tail light and indicators. There’s also an LCD instrument cluster.
