Suzuki launches GSX-S 1000 at Rs 12.25 lakh and GSX-S 1000F at Rs 12.70 lakh in India
Naked roadster and fully faired sibling join Suzuki’s large stable of superbikes


Suzuki has launched the GSX-S siblings in India today. We had recently reported that these two new bikes would join Suzuki’s already impressive list of superbikes sold in India. Suzuki claims that their new bikes not only have "sharp styling and power, but also are practical for everyday usage".
Both the GSX-S 1000F and GSX-S 1000 bikes are based on the well acclaimed GSX-1000R track bike and are powered by the same 999cc, 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine which makes 142PS of power, mated to a six speed gearbox.
Both bikes are feature loaded with distance to empty real-time mileage indicators, three riding modes, traction control and all digital instrument clusters.
