First round of the 2015 FMSCI INMRC begins June 6, 2015

Riders with prior experience or those who have attended a professional racing programme are eligible to participation

Round One of the 2015 FMSCI Indian National Motorcycling Racing Championship is scheduled to begin June 6, 2015. Over 100 racers will participate in the races held at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore.

The first round will comprise of three classes - Group D (unmodified) up to 130cc and 165cc, respectively, for riders in the Novice Category and Group C (limited modification) up to 165cc for riders in the Open Category.

The rules state that a rider can only participate in one class. This regulation has been made to ensure that each class has a separate champion.

Several one make series' will also be held alongside the INMRC. Apart from Yamaha, Honda and TVS who've been conducting their own championships, Suzuki will now debut the Gixxer Cup Series this year. Racers cannot ...Continue Reading...
