2017 Nissan Terrano facelift launched; prices in India start from Rs 9.99 lakh

Nissan India has finally launched its facelifted Nissan Terrano SUV for 2017. The prices for the new and updated Terrano starts from Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).Since this is a facelift, the changes to the external design and the interiors are minor. This would include new headlamps with LED DRLs and redesigned LED tail lamps. Inside the cabin, there is a refreshed look thanks to the new dual-tone layout that is now in black and brown shades. Everything else pretty-much remains the same.
And so do the engine options. The 2017 Nissan Terrano comes with the same 1.6-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. The petrol engine produces 102 hp and 145 Nm while the diesel produces 83hp and 200Nm. There is a second more powerful diesel variant that delivers 108 hp and 248 Nm.
The standard petrol and diesel options are paired with 5-speed manual transmissions while the more powerful diesel feature a 6-speed shifter. Also available is an AMT variant.
