Apple iPhone 18 Pro vs Google Pixel 11 Pro: Design, camera, price and everything compared
Apple and Google are expected to refresh their premium smartphone line-ups later this year, with the iPhone 18 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro tipped to arrive within weeks of each other. While Apple is likely to refine its flagship formula, Google is expected to double down on AI-driven features and camera performance.

The next flagship smartphone battle is already beginning to take shape, even though Apple and Google have yet to formally announce their upcoming premium devices. A steady stream of leaks over the past few months has painted an increasingly detailed picture of what could be on offer with the iPhone 18 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro, from display upgrades and camera hardware to processors, pricing and launch schedules.
Neither company has confirmed any specifications, meaning the information remains speculative. Even so, the rumours provide an early look at how both brands may position their top-end smartphones in 2026. Apple appears set to continue refining its established flagship design, while Google is expected to focus on AI-powered software experiences alongside its photography credentials.
iPhone 18 Pro vs Pixel 11 Pro: Design and display
Based on leaked information, Apple is unlikely to introduce a dramatic redesign with the iPhone 18 Pro. Instead, the device is expected to closely resemble its predecessor, retaining the premium construction and a large rectangular camera housing on the rear that accommodates three sensors. While the overall appearance may stay familiar, reports suggest Apple could introduce a fresh range of colour options for this year's Pro model.
The display is rumoured to measure 6.3 inches and use an LTPO Super Retina XDR OLED panel capable of a 120Hz refresh rate, continuing Apple's focus on high-end display quality.
Google, meanwhile, also appears to be taking an evolutionary rather than revolutionary approach to design. Leaked renders suggest the Pixel 11 Pro will continue with a flat-edged frame and the company's signature horizontal camera bar stretching almost across the full width of the back panel. Some reports have also hinted at hidden Pixel Glow RGB lighting beneath the black camera glass, although that feature has yet to be confirmed.
The Pixel 11 Pro is expected to feature a slightly larger 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with support for refresh rates of up to 144Hz.
iPhone 18 Pro vs Pixel 11 Pro: Camera
Camera hardware is another area where both companies are expected to compete aggressively. The iPhone 18 Pro is tipped to include three 48-megapixel rear cameras covering wide, ultra-wide and telephoto photography. A 24-megapixel front camera is also expected for selfies and video calls.
Google's flagship could arrive with a 50-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by 48-megapixel ultra-wide and periscope telephoto cameras. Leaks have also suggested a high-resolution selfie camera ranging between 42 and 48 megapixels.
iPhone 18 Pro vs Pixel 11 Pro: Processor and battery
The two phones are expected to be powered by entirely different chip strategies. Apple is likely to introduce the A20 Pro chipset for the iPhone 18 Pro, continuing its tradition of using custom silicon designed specifically for its flagship devices. Google, on the other hand, is expected to rely on the next-generation Tensor G6 processor, which is likely to place greater emphasis on on-device artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.
Battery capacities are also expected to differ. Rumours indicate the iPhone 18 Pro could pack a 4,288mAh battery with support for up to 40W wired charging. The Pixel 11 Pro, meanwhile, is tipped to house a larger 4,707mAh battery paired with 45W wired fast charging.
iPhone 18 Pro vs Pixel 11 Pro: Price leak
Pricing leaks suggest Apple iPhone 18 Pro may debut in India between Rs 1,34,900 and Rs 1,43,990, reinforcing its position in the ultra-premium smartphone segment. Google's flagship is expected to undercut its rival, with reports pointing to an Indian price ranging from Rs 1,03,999 to Rs 1,19,999.
If current timelines prove accurate, Google could unveil the Pixel 11 Pro in August 12, while Apple is widely expected to introduce the iPhone 18 Pro during its traditional September launch event.
As with all pre-launch reports, these details should be treated with caution until the companies make official announcements. Final specifications, pricing and availability may change before the devices reach the market. Until then, the leaks offer only an early indication of how two of the year's biggest flagship smartphones could compare when they eventually arrive.
