What's it like inside the Jamnagar tents for VIP guests at Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities

Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap provided a glimpse inside the tents that are put up for VIP guests in Jamnagar during the three-day pre-wedding festivities for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

Anant, youngest of the three children of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, is set to marry Radhika, the younger daughter of Viren Merchant, CEO of Encore Healthcare, and entrepreneur Shaila Merchant, later this year.

With many sports stars, including MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Sachin Tendulkar, Zaheer Khan, Hardik and Krunal Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Dwayne Bravo, Trent Boult and Sam Curran, attending the festivities.

The celebrity guest list also includes musicians Rihanna, Akon and more. Even tech moghuls Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are due to attend the gala affair.

The Day 1 celebrations, called ‘An Evening in Everland’, where guests are expected to wear elegant cocktail attire. Day 2 is themed as ‘A Walk on the Wildside’ with ‘jungle fever’ being the suggested dress code. The festivities are taking place in the outdoors in the animal rescue and rehabilitation centre in Jamnagar.

For Day 3, there are two events planned: ‘Tusker Trails’ and ‘Hashtakshar’. The first will be an outdoor event which will highlight Jamnagar's natural beauty while the last and final event will see guests dressed in ‘heritage Indian Wear’.
