Photos: Lionel Messi orders 24-carat gold iPhones for his World Cup winning Argentina team and staff

Argentina legend and FIFA Best Player winner Lionel Messi reportedly purchased 35 golden iPhone 14s, estimated to be around £175,000 or around ₹1.74 crore, for his teammate and staff members who were part of the country’s World Cup winning squad in Qatar. As per a report, the iPhones are engraved with each player’s name, jersey number and the Argentinian logo. The phones were delivered to Messi’s apartment in Paris.The left-footed magician, who ended Argentina’s 36-year-long World Cup drought in December 2022 by defeating France in the summit clash, is still on cloud nine with his victory.
