East Bengal ISL title scenario
The revival of East Bengal has been the biggest story from this season. They are at the top and in the best position to win the title. The scenario for them is simple, win the match and win the trophy in all likelihood. A win would be sufficient for the Red and Gold Brigade if Mohun Bagan do not win their own match by six goals or more.
A draw would also do the job but only if Mohun Bagan also drops points and the Mumbai City FC vs Punjab FC fixture also ends in a draw.
If East Bengal lose, then they would have to hope for a loss for Mohun Bagan and a draw in the Mumbai City FC vs Punjab FC clash.
Mohun Bagan ISL title scenario
If Mohun Bagan win their final match by a margin of six or more goals, they will win their third straight ISL title. However, if they win by a lesser margin, then they would have to hope for an East Bengal loss.
A draw would also take them to the top provided East Bengal lose and the Mumbai City FC vs Punjab FC fixture ends in a stalemate.
A loss would end their title hopes
Punjab FC, Mumbai City FCÂ ISL title scenario
Since the two teams play against each other, only one of them can win the title. The winner of this clash can finish on top if both Mohun Bagan and East Bengal fail to win their final day matches.
Jamshedpur FC ISL title scenario
Jamshedpur FC have to win their game and hope that both East Bengal and Mohun Bagan lose their match. At the same time, they will also have to pray for the Mumbai City FC vs Punjab FC match to end in a draw. If all these things happen, Jamshedpur FC will win ISL 2025-26.
