Indian Television and its epic daily soaps have a long history of setting unimaginable records and milestones (remember Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi?). While the complexities of the plots, relationships and other climaxes make us often forget about the beginning of a show, there are serials which have been running for several years and have become a part of audiences' life now.One such soap is Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) that airs on Star Plus. The serial has recently become the longest running Hindi TV show ever by completing 2500 episodes, reports Times of India.[caption id="attachment_3008672" align="alignleft" width="380"] A still from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.[/caption]The first ever episode of YRKKH was premiered on Star Plus on 12 January 2009. The plot initially revolved around a young couple, Naitik (formerly Karan Mehra, now Vishal Singh) and Akshara's (Hina Khan) love-hate relationship. With time the plot took a number of twists and turns; now Natik and Akshara are seen as parents of two grown-ups Naksh (Rohan Mehra) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi).According to the same report, producer-director Rajan Shahi has attributed the success of the show to all the team members of the serial. He also said that Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai stands apart from many other shows, and has a strong foundation. As the team of YRKKH celebrates the success, Hina Khan, one of the protagonists of the show will be missing the grandeur as she is participating in Bigg Boss 11 and doing a good job of fetching much buzz and conversations around her.Watch Hina Khan preparing for Bigg Boss 11 premiere night:
