Welcome To The Jungle: Paras Mehta makes his debut as a Bollywood producer with Akshay Kumar's comedy

Entertainment entrepreneur and music industry professional Paras Mehta has marked a significant milestone in his career by making his Bollywood producer debut with the upcoming comedy entertainer Welcome To The Jungle, headlined by Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar.
The much-anticipated film features a star-studded ensemble cast led by Akshay Kumar, alongside Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani and several other prominent actors. The trailer of the film is scheduled to be launched on June 11, while the movie is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on June 26, 2026.
Mehta, who has built a strong reputation in the music and live entertainment sectors over the years, said his association with the project marks an important milestone in his professional journey.
“Being associated with a film of this scale and legacy is both exciting and humbling. Cinema has always fascinated me, and Welcome To The Jungle gives me an opportunity to contribute to a project that promises grand entertainment for audiences across the globe. Widely known for his work in the music business, Mehta has collaborated with leading music companies, including T-Series, and has been involved in the development and promotion of several successful music ventures.
Further strengthening his footprint in the entertainment space, Mehta joined hands with Priyansh Sharma, cousin of actress Shraddha Kapoor, to launch Dhamaka Records, a music label that has established a growing presence in the industry.
Apart from music production, Mehta has organised numerous concerts, events and international shows featuring leading singers, musicians and Bollywood personalities across India and overseas markets, including the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Industry associates believe his transition into film production is a natural progression of his diversified experience across multiple entertainment verticals.
