Was Jiah Khan drunk when she committed suicide?

There seems to be no end to shocking twists in the Jiah Khan suicide case. According to an article on DNA, sources have told the reporter that forensic reports have revealed that some amount of alcohol was found in Jiah's blood.However, the reports have not been corroborated yet by either the police or the hospital where her post-mortem was conducted. DNA says:

The director, MK Malve of Kalina Forensic Laboratory said that they have submitted Khan's report to police but he denied the details about the report.

Soon after, her family produced a six-page letter where Jiah seemed to be accusing a boyfriend of rape, torture and other forms of violence.Based on the family's accusations and the contents of the letter, Khan's boyfriend, actor Sooraj Pancholi was arrested by the police. He was granted bail almost a month after his arrest.
