Social media influencer Faizan Ansari files a 10 crore defamation case against Aryan Khan's lawyer Sana Raees Khan

Sana Raees Khan, Aryan Khan’s lawyer in the drugs case of 2021 is currently one of the contestants on Bigg Boss 17. However, she has landed herself in trouble as social media influencer Faizan Ansari has filed a 10-crore defamation case against the contestant.“She calls herself a criminal lawyer, but she herself is a fraudster and a criminal. Forget fighting his case, she has never met Aryan or Shah Rukh Khan in her dreams also," Ansari told the media.Who is Sana Raees Khan and what is the issue?Khan is a criminal lawyer by profession and was Shah Rukh Khan‘s son Aryan Khan‘s lawyer in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case in 2021. Owing to her participation on the show, Ashutosh Dubey, who is a prominent lawyer at the Bombay High Court, has raised an objection. He says this amounts to breach of the rules set forth by the Bar Council. He has filed an official complaint with the Bar Council of India.Taking to X, Dubey shared a copy of the letter and wrote, ‘I have formally notified the Bar Council of India that Advocate Sana Raees Khan has participated as a contestant in the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 17′ which is violation of Bar Council Rules. According to rules 47 to 52 of the Bar Council of India Rules, advocates are prohibited from engaging in any other employment to generate income.
