Mahesh Bhatt refuses to blame distributors for 'Mr X' failure

Mumbai: Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt says he will not blame the Fox Star Studio, the distributor of Emraan Hashmi-starrer "Mr X", for the the film's poor performance at the box office.[caption id="attachment_2220914" align="alignleft" width="380"] Mahesh Bhatt. It's time we at Vishesh bravely take the debacle of 'Mr X' in stride move on!" Bhatt, 66, posted on twitter."BLAME ME: It is content & content alone which is responsible for a film's failure. Mr X bombed at the box office because of my content," he said."Mr X", also starring Amyra Dastur, revolved around a man who gains the power of invisibility, and becomes a vigilante to take revenge on those who have wronged him.The film was released in both 2D and 3D on April 17.Actress-turned-director Pooja Bhatt lauded her father's candidness."That is why you are you and the rest of the industry is well, them!
