J K Rowling creates a guessing game on Twitter for title of her upcoming book

J K Rowling asked fans to guess the name of her next book on Twitter.

What began as a fan tweeting to J K Rowling quickly turned into a guessing game involving the title of a book that the Harry Potter author is currently writing.At the end of the game, a fan won a signed copy of this book.[caption id="attachment_3340050" align="alignnone" width="825"]J K Rowling. Image from Facebook[/caption]The game began as a question posed by a Twitter user called Alexis Marie asked Rowling what the name of the next book in the Striker series would be.
Rowling replied with a hint in the typical style of the Hangman guessing game.
Soon, it turned into a full-fledged guessing challenge on Twitter, with one user even warning Rowling that someone will get it right. She replied with this:
Guesses began pouring in, and Rowling put out tweets telling people what the title is not.
She employed some humour while rejecting guesses.
The game got quite competitive and fans began to get eager.
Soon, one person got the first word of the title right.
And then a handful others got the second word correct.
Finally, Twitter user @Warpathed guessed it right.
He won a signed copy of Lethal White.
J K Rowling signed off with this tweet.
