Toyota India launches Etios Xclusive at Rs 7.82 lakh

Touchscreen infotainment system and new exterior colour options set it apart from the regular variants of the Etios

Toyota has launched the Etios Xclusive in India at Rs 7.82 lakh for the petrol and Rs 8.92 lakh for the diesel, ex-Delhi. Both these trims continue alongside the standard Etios car. An all-new Metallic Blue as well as Symphony Silver and Pearl White body paints have been added to the palette.

Features which set the Toyota Etios Xclusive apart from the regular variants include a hand and air gesture touchscreen infotainment system that has smartphone-enabled navigation, voice function and Bluetooth. Other exclusive features include wood grain finish for the dashboard, dual tone seat fabric, Xclusive badges, electrically adjustable ORVMs with chrome garnish and door visors. Last year, Toyota India had made dual airbags standard across the range and the new Etios Xclusive also has these along with reverse parking sensors, 12-spoke 15-inch alloy wheels and six speakers for the music system.

The Toyota Etios Xclusive is powered by the same set of 1.4-litre diesel and 1.5-litre petrol engines. The claimed fuel efficiency of the Etios diesel is 23.59kmpl while the petrol Etios returns a mileage of 16.78kmpl. The Toyota Etios range has a warranty of three years or one lakh km, whichever comes earlier.
