Tata Motors to deliver 25 hybrid buses to MMRDA

These buses will run between Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Sion, Bandra and Kurla

Tata Motors has bagged an order of 25 hybrid buses from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). These buses will run between Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Sion, Bandra and Kurla. These hybrid buses will not require external charging as the energy will be derived from Lithium Ion Nano-Phosphate batteries charged by the engine.
