Skoda Kodiaq interiors revealed ahead of launch
With the teaser images of the exteriors out, we now get our first glimpse of the Skoda Kodiak's interiors.
Skoda does not leave much to the imagination indeed! With the teaser images (and yes they are teasers) of the exteriors out, we now have a first glimpse of the interiors. And all of this comes just a day before the SUV's launch in Berlin.
The released images show off the interiors with flexible seating options for what Skoda claims is the largest boot in its class at 720 litres. The company also claims that the large boot grows even bigger when the rear seats are laid down to deliver a jaw-dropping 2065 litres of space.
While a seven-seat option delivers less boot space, the second row's seat come with backs that recline. So the seats can also be pushed forward and backwards that would make for a lot more leg space for rear passengers.
Apart from the space, the interiors seem clean and simple at best. The design is subtle and unlike the aggressive and edge-happy exteriors tat we have seen in leaks so far.
Also revealed in the images is a large infotainment system on the dashboard. But the don't let the simple interiors fool you as they also include a heated steering wheel, 'sleep' headrests for the back seats and door protectors as well.Skoda is expected to do a full reveal on 1 September at an event held in Berlin, which is just short of the IFA that takes off on the 2 September.
