Renault Lodgy Stepway Edition launches for Rs 9.43 lakhs in India

After launching the Kwid AMT version in India, Renault has just launched the Lodgy Stepway Edition range. With prices starting at Rs 9.43 lakhs, the new edition essentially comes with cosmetic changes while retaining rest of the features.The new range was initially only available on the top-end variants but it will available right from the base variants to appeal more customers. According to the company the new Renault Lodgy Stepway range comes with 16 new enhancements. The exterior comes with a new jewel-studded front grille, brushed aluminium finished skid plate and fog lamp bezels; Stepway decals, lower black plastic cladding, dark metal finish roof rails, arrowhead styled tail lamps and upgraded 16-inch gunmetal finished alloy wheels.
As for the inside, the cabin gets new brown and beige leather upholstery with diamond stitching and a two-tone dashboard with a piano black finished centre console. There is also a touchscreen infotainment system, steering mounted phone and audio controls, 12 volt charging sockets for all three rows along with flight trays, bottle holders and a sunglasses holder.

Renault Lodgy marked our entry in the MPV segment and we are confident that the new Lodgy Stepway range will further strengthen Lodgy's position in the MPV segment."You get the same 1.5-litre diesel engine in two variants, one with a 5-speed manual transmission and 83bhp and the other with a 6-speed transmission with 108bhp. Other features that will come with the Stepway edition include cruise control, ABS with EBD; Brake Assist as well as dual front airbags on the higher variants.
