Product review: Triumph Action 2 touring jacket

The Action 2 jacket from Triumph is an entry level touring jacket that’s made of waterproof, wind proof and breathable 600D fabric, which for a touring jacket, is par for the course. The jacket comes with CE certified Knox shoulder, elbow and back protectors. It also comes with a thermal lining that can add more warmth for really low temperatures. I’m a fairly large guy and the fit was still comfortable for me with lots of adjustment. There’s a waist strap that ensured that the jacket fit snug and further adjustment around the arms to ensure that the armour stayed in place and the jacket was not flapping around in the wind. The generous fit is also great for adding layers as the temperature drops, so don’t worry if it’s not the snuggest of fits at first.
