WATCH Full-time protester: Greta Thunberg shouts 'crush Zionism' in front of Israel embassy in Stockholm

Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg participated in a demonstration outside the Israeli Embassy in Stockholm on Oct. 22, where she, along with hundreds of other anti-Israel protesters, chanted “crush Zionism.”In a video that went viral on social media platforms, Thunberg can be seen chanting “crush Zionism”.This is the second occasion in two weeks that Thunberg has criticised Israel. During a climate protest in Amsterdam on November 12, she brought Palestinian woman Sara Rachdan and Afghan woman Sahar Shirzad to the stage.Following their speeches, Thunberg addressed a gathering of thousands, linking the climate movement with the Palestinian issue. "As a climate justice movement, we have to listen to the voices of those who are being oppressed and those who are fighting for freedom and for justice. Otherwise, there can be no climate justice without international solidarity," she stated.Last month, the Israeli military responded critically to Thunberg after she expressed support for Palestinians and endorsed a comment describing a "genocide" in Gaza.Hamas terrorists launched the most serious military escalation in decades by leading a violent attack on Israeli civilians earlier this month, claimed more than a thousand lives with rockets fired at major cities including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. In response, Israel has conducted a relentless bombing campaign on the Gaza Strip with an aim to eliminate the threat posed by Hamas.
