France to float UN resolution to make Syria dismantle chemical weapons

Paris: The French foreign minister says France will float a resolution in the U.N. Security Council aimed at forcing Syria to make public its chemical weapons program, place it under international control and dismantle it.[caption id="attachment_1098239" align="alignleft" width="380"] Secretary of State John Kerry talks with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, right.
