Billionaire OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky dies at 43 after a prolonged battle with cancer

Leonid Radvinsky, billionaire owner of adult entertainment platform OnlyFans, died of cancer at 43 on Monday.

"We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,"

"His family have requested privacy at this difficult time."

an OnlyFans spokesperson was cited as saying by news agency Reuters.

Radvinsky had bought the OnlyFans parent company Fenix International Limited in 2018. He served as the majority shareholder and director of Fenix International. OnlyFans was founded in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely.

Only Fans Over The Years

Founded in 2016, OnlyFans was initially open for all kinds of video content, over the years it gained prominence for pornography. Platform features such as live streaming, personalized messages, direct requests, and custom-made photos and videos further established its reputation as a website known for lewd content.

For hosting the material online, OnlyFans took a 20% share of all payments. With such a model, the company was able to generate close to $1.4 billion in revenue, with close to 377 million subscribers in 2024.

Over the years, OnlyFans has been involved in many legal cases regarding how it polices content, whether its policies allowed minors to access porn, along with legal disputes with users.

Leonid Radvinsky, who took this empire to its pinnacle, was an economics graduate from Northwestern University and lived in Florida. Over the years, he also engaged in philanthropy and donated to the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, as per his website.
