Smartphone maker Samsung, which just lost a major suit to Apple in the US, is now facing another lawsuit. This time the suit has been filed by rival LG and the case has been filed in the Seoul, South Korea.

Smartphone maker Samsung, which just lost a major legal battle to Apple in the US, is now facing another lawsuit. This time, LG has trained their guns at the company and the case has been filed in the Seoul, South Korea.Wall Street Journal has reported: "The lawsuit alleges infringements of patents on the design of OLED panels, driver circuitry and device design, LG Display said Thursday. "[caption id="attachment_470540" align="alignleft" width="380"] LG logo in this file photo Reuters[/caption]OLED refers to organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology.The report also states that LG is looking for a permanent ban on Samsung products in South Korea. According to report by The Verge, the devices on the list includes Samsung Galaxy S III and S II, the Galaxy Tab 7.7, Galaxy Note and the Galaxy S II HD.LG has alleged a total of seven patent infringements on Samsung's part. The company is seeking 7 billion won (about $6.26 million) in damages.
