WhatsApp rolls out 'Archived Chats' feature to keep a few chats hidden even after new text messages: How it works

As per a statement by WatsApp, "We ave eard tat users want teir arcived messages to stay tucked away in te Arcived Cats folder, instead of moving back into your main cat list wen a new message arrives. Te new Arcived Cats settings mean tat any message tread tat is arcived will now stay in te Arcived Cats folder, even if a new message is sent to tat tread. "
